We are the impartial UK guide for people selling property at auction. We help you work out whether auction fits your property, then point you to the right auction house.
The property auction market can be hard to read from the outside. We exist to make it clear, so you can make an informed decision about selling your home, flat or commercial property.
What we do
We explain how selling at auction actually works, from the guide price and the reserve to the fall of the hammer and completion. We compare the kinds of auction house, national, regional and local, and we help you find the one that suits your property. Our advice is free.
Why impartial matters
We do not run the auctions and we are not tied to one auction house. That means we can be honest, including when auction is not the right route for your property. We would rather tell you that than push you towards a sale that does not fit.
